Fully automated disposal by vacuum: the system for commercial kitchens, that collects organic waste right where it is generated – at the work station. Then, a vacuum pump sucks it into a collection tank via a stainless steel pipe system.
Two key features make the WasteStar FC unbeatable in food waste management: the completely modular design and the uncomplicated handling. The result is an optimum disposal concept with maximum flexibility. Organic waste goes straight into the feeding stations at the points where it is generated, e.g. in the food preparation area or on the sorting belt in the dishwashing area.
Automatically and at custom specified intervals, a vacuum pump sucks the waste through a stainless steel pipe system and into a collection tank. Here it remains until final collection by tanker.
You determine the cycles for the automatic suction, as well as the order of the stations – designed for your kitchen organisation. And if processes in your commercial kitchen change, you can also easily adjust these cycles.
The WasteStar FC has a modular design and therefore not only fits perfectly with any other MEIKO washing and conveying technology, it can also be adapted to perfectly suit the unique needs of your commercial kitchen.
Daily cleaning of the infeed stations is exceptionally easy. Simply use the same agents as for your dishwashing machines. And the water you use for cleaning can simply drain into the slop sink unit or the tank.
