Meiko selected for waste2zero awards shortlist: Best Resource Management Business of the Year Award
Meiko’s public commitment to make its Offenburg production facility carbon neutral by 2025 has won it shortlist status for the 2021 waste2zero awards Best Resource Management Business of the Year.
“Meiko has stood out from the crowd and is leading the European foodservice equipment industry by dedicating itself to carbon neutrality in 2025,” says Paul Anderson, MD, Meiko UK.
“We have been distracted by Covid. But as we come back to a normality, we will once again regain our focus on environmental issues and especially, the fact that we are short of water and still sending too much to landfill or down the drain, when we could be harnessing this gift for the future.”

The winners will be announced at the glamorous Awards Dinner to be held at the In & Out Club in St. James’s Square, London SW1Y 4JW on Thursday 4th November 2021.
