General Manager located in Korea

About the role:

• lead, control, coordinate and develop the Sales and Sales Support in Korea 
• responsible for the strategic planning and analysis to achieve company goals 
• Improve market presences in Korea for all products and increase sales revenue 
• build a strong planner and dealer networks 
• work closely with SEA HR and Finance Manager to ensure all local HR and Finance issues are addressed 
• Reporting to the Managing Director of MEIKO CLEAN SOLUTIONS (SEA) SDN. BHD 

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering with Economics background or a degree in Economics with high technical affinity
• fluent in English and Korean 
• experience in leading, developing and managing of a sales and service team 
• affinity and experience for strategic working and thinking 
• Self-determined way of working, entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of own initiative and ownership
• willingness to travel frequently
